Anti-Corruption Policy
Genesis Acoustics is committed to conducting its business ethically and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including those against bribery and corruption. This policy applies to all employees, directors, officers, and all third parties acting on behalf of Genesis Acoustics, including agents, representatives, consultants, contractors, and business partners.
1. Policy Statement
Genesis Acoustics strictly prohibits all forms of bribery and corruption. No employee or third party acting on our behalf may offer, give, request or accept any gift, loan, fee, reward or other advantage to or from any person as an inducement to do something which is dishonest, illegal or a breach of trust in the conduct of our business.
2. Compliance with Laws
We comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to anti-bribery and corruption in all the countries in which we operate. This includes local anti-bribery and corruption laws.
3. Gifts and Hospitality
Gifts and hospitality may only be offered or received in accordance with our Gifts and Hospitality Policy. Any gifts or hospitality must be reasonable, appropriate, and compliant with law.
4. Training and Communication
We provide regular training to all employees to help them understand their duties and responsibilities under this policy. We also communicate this policy to all suppliers, contractors, business partners, and any third parties at the outset of our business relationship with them and as appropriate thereafter.
5. Reporting
We encourage all employees and third parties to raise concerns about any instance, or suspicion, of malpractice at the earliest possible stage. No one will suffer any detriment as a result of reporting suspicion of bribery or corruption.
6. Monitoring and Review
We regularly monitor and review the effectiveness of this policy and will implement improvements as appropriate.
Violation of this policy by an employee will be regarded as a serious disciplinary matter, which may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment. Violation of this policy by a third party acting on our behalf may lead to penalties and termination of our business relationship.
